To compliment our standard high performance structural glazing, we are actively involved with IQ™ (Heated) Glass systems.  The invisible heating element built into the glass units allow (providing there is enough glass area) the glass to be the only heating source for the space!  i.e no radiators, underfloor heating - just glass!

One of the typical characteristics of heated glass is that it allows you to lower the room temperature by 3°C without any impact on the comfort of the living surroundings.  The glass panels are heated electrically via a transformer and regulating thermostat.  Energy usage is around 30% less then conventional heating systems - therefore overall payback is reduced dramatically - not to mention the enhanced environmental benefits, which is becoming an increasingly popular consideration for clients.

We can install IQ heated glass panels to any opening i.e large structural glazing units, sliding doors, folding/sliding doors, glass floors, walkways, rooflights etc.,
